Kidnapped, thrown in to jail, blackmailed

I was arrested during the G8 in Rostock on 7th of June for “wearing
black clothes”. Arrest didn’t take place during some demonstration I was
just walking on the street and did not break any law. I was sent to
Industriestrasse detention centre where I was denied a phone call and
access to lawyer all day. In the evening I had a court and I was
sentenced guilty, judge said that having black clothes is enough to send
me to jail (even thou I had a plane ticket to prove that I wasn’t in
Germany and in Rostock during 2nd of June riots). I had to wait until
early morning in a cell in Industriestrasse detention centre; I had to
sleep on cement floor with constant light. About at 4o’clock in the
morning I was transported to Bützow jail. I was strip searched there -
which is, I believe – illegal and violation of human rights. It was also
humiliating. I was put in one person cell, when I asked for food they
said that they will bring it soon but they “forgot” to bring me any.
Next day I was transported back to Rostock like a terrorist and I had
another court session. Court said that they will let me go if I do not
make any complaints about my arrest. Because of exhaustion and lack of
sleep and food I agreed. They gave me a hint that when I do not agree I
will not be free soon and probably I will loose the court process. I was
relieved but all my stuff (including my cellphone and money) was still
in Bützow jail and the court didn’t offer me a transport back to jail to
get my things. Fortunately my translator offered me a lift to Bützow
jail to get my stuff back.

Recently I recieved a bill from Germany – a bill for costs of my arrest.
It’s about 120 Euros, maybe it’s not a big deal in western Europe but
for me it is a lot of money and I am unemployed right now and I do not
have any money to pay the bill or hire a lawyer.
